Paul has developed his academic and professional background in Paris, Milan, London, Florence, Barcelona and Madrid. He has 20 years of international experience in FMCG and healthcare companies, like L´Oréal, LEGO and GSK where he held regional and global roles in different business areas like marketing, innovation, product development, business strategy and digital. He is also a teacher and lecturer in different business schools.
Carlos has 20 years of international experience on Hardware product development. He has been based in Shenzhen (China) for almost 10 years, working for companies like Ingersoll Rand, and PCH International, bringing new products to market, and 3 years in San Francisco helping Silicon Valley companies and start ups to close the bridge between product design and manufacturing.
25 years of professional experience in marketing, sales and general management. Last 20 in GSK Consumer Healthcare mainly focused in healthcare products, including OTC,s, cosmetics, Rx and medical devices. Since 2017, GSK responsible in Southern Europe for: Go to Market strategy and commercial projects, B.I., Image recognition, CRM, and AI
